Across rural northern India, where public education is difficult to access, Finny and his team have planted multiple Christian secondary education schools, providing opportunities for the underserved and equipping the next generation of leaders.

Through Finny’s leadership, the students and staff at Filadelfia Bible College are developing Christian media, including a magazine, Christian Trends, that is distributed across India. Pictured is Neelkant, who heads up Open Door Music, which produces Christian music for the region, a rare commodity in India.

Basanti Bai is a homemaker and mother of two small children in northern India. As a result of an economic development initiative led by Finny, which helps hundreds of families increase their income up to 8 times, she received a loan to purchase two small goats, which she uses to provide milk for her family and to sell in the marketplace.

As Principal of Filadelfia Bible College, Finny is instrumental in equipping hundreds of emerging Christian leaders. Pictured is Somanath, who says with joy, “God is training me here so that I can teach the Word of God and I may plant churches and make disciples in the days to come.”

Finny, his staff and students train pastors in surrounding areas on how to teach the Bible and shepherd their churches. One of these pastors says, “I want to tell you that I am so happy that through this training we have been blessed so much. They equip us in the Word of God and that helps us disciple our new believers.”
